I’ve been a Mortgage Loan Officer and Mortgage Broker for more than 25 years, serving clients throughout Nevada, Colorado, and California. Real estate and mortgage lending are areas I know exceptionally well, and I take great pride in guiding clients through these important financial decisions.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted animal lover and caretaker, maintaining a small rescue habitat that includes dogs, tortoises, and water turtles. I’m also a licensed pilot and SCUBA diver, and I enjoy rafting, snow skiing, and traveling whenever I can. Earlier in life, I served as a Firefighter/Paramedic—and in my younger, lighter days, I even placed first in the Long Beach–to–Catalina–and–back Jet Ski race.

As a long-time real estate investor, I have a strong preference for established neighborhoods over brand-new developments. With new construction, the long-term character of the neighborhood—and sometimes the quality of construction—can be uncertain. In established communities, potential construction defects and litigation issues have often already surfaced, providing a clearer picture of what you’re investing in.
